Answer: United States Postal Service - It takes 5 to 7 days to receive the order

Question: Lifetime Warranty
Answer: We offer a Life time warranty for product free repair, replacement, or exchange. We are so confident in the quality of our product, should anything so wrong outside of normal wear and tear, you can return the product for free repair or replacement. You would just have to pay the shipping cost.

Question: Return Policy
Answer:
• You must request a return for refund within 15 days after the invoice date.
• You can apply for a return by emailing your return request to rma@keykeeper.info
• Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in As New condition in the original packaging and include all accessories.
• A US $4.00 per item restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. Keykeeper.info will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product.
